All incorporated components have a pre-defined life expectancy, allowing those that have reached this limit to be replaced during routine maintenance. Reaching its life expectancy does not mean that the component in question becomes faulty, merely that the probability of a fault developing has exceeded a certain level. By replacing the component the chances of an actual fault developing are minimised and the constant availability of the DirectPark System is ensured.
In the unlikely event of a fault occurring in the automated retrieval system, our staff can manually un-park vehicles remotely. There is no need to have staff on location.
All data received will be continuously analysed and evaluated, allowing you to optimise the DirectPark System according to daily fluctuations. For example, you might lease spaces for certain times of the day only, or utilise traffic management systems to increase space occupancy and therefore profitability.
